We offer corporate and private, one to one coaching and solution focused hypnotherapy sessions.
Our mission is to focus on positive thoughts, actions and interactions whilst working through our core values.
Each client and business is individual and we want to work with you to really understand what your teams need and to do this we offer a wellness survey that we conduct. With the results we can develop a healthy, wellness day just for you, we ideally want to work face to face in small groups, however we can work over zoom if that’s preferred.
We offer bespoke wellness bags that focus around the 5 senses. Sight, sound, smell, taste and touch. We create a sensory experience to support your wellness journey.
